What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept bank transfers. COD payments are only accepted with half advance payment.

Once the order has been placed and shipped it cannot be returned or exchanged.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
Refund is only possible if any item received is damaged. Send us the picture of the item and we will refund you the amount.
How Long Does It Take For an Order To Be Delivered?
Can I Track My Order Once It's Been Shipped?
Once your order has been dispatched our courier service will send you a text, on the provided number, with the tracking ID. If you haven’t received any text, dm us to get your tracking ID.
